GameCrux FAQ: Accounts, Pricing, and Support

Answers to the most common questions about GameCrux accounts, subscriptions, refunds, and getting help.

This FAQ covers the questions we receive most often from new and existing GameCrux members.

Do I need an account to play?

No. Several games are free and playable without signing in. Creating an account unlocks progress tracking, community features, and access to premium titles when you subscribe.

How does pricing work?

GameCrux offers multiple subscription tiers with different durations—from monthly to unlimited access. Each plan includes the full game library, Discord role perks, and support. Visit our Pricing page for current rates in your currency.

What payment methods are accepted?

We process payments securely through Tebex. Supported methods depend on your region and typically include major credit cards and popular local options shown at checkout.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, most purchases are final. Exceptions may apply for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or technical issues that prevent access. Contact support@gamecrux.io within seven days of purchase.

How do I connect Discord?

Sign in with Discord from the login page. Connecting Discord links your subscription to community roles and support channels. If you already have an account, you can connect Discord from your profile settings.

How do I suggest a new game?

Logged-in members can submit game suggestions through the Suggest Game dialog on the Games page. Include a name, description, and why you think it would be a good fit. We review every submission.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We collect only the information needed to run your account and process payments. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection, cookies, and your rights.

How do I get support?

Email support@gamecrux.io or open a ticket in our Discord server. We aim to respond within two business days. Premium members receive priority support on higher-tier plans.

Are new games added regularly?

Yes. We add new minigames throughout the year and announce updates in Discord. Check the Games page for the latest titles.
